RubberX 是一个自由，开放，包容，由广大同好同建共创的多元化交流社区，以网站作为基础可为大家提供图文、视频、音频分享，线上交友，在线聊天等功能。RubberX 鼓励用户分享自己的原创内容，同时也欢迎大家共享自己的资源。由于本网站不会屏蔽敏感内容，因此，在使用本网站前，请使用者确认已满足当地最低成年年龄。

RubberX is a free, open, and inclusive community of people who share a common goal of building a diverse community, based on a website that provides graphic, video, and audio sharing, online dating, online chat, etc. RubberX encourages users to share their original content and welcomes people to share their resources. As this site does not block sensitive content, users are asked to confirm that they meet the minimum age of majority in their local area before using this site.

准则 Guidelines

   Publishing any medical-related information is prohibited in the RubberX community, and users are NOT allowed to provide medical advice or counseling to others. Violators will be removed from the RubberX community, permanently banned, and their IPs will be blocked. If a user is in doubt about medical information, we strongly recommend going to an offline hospital for diagnosis or treatment;
   
   
6. 在分享非个人原创资源时，若原创作者已加入RubberX社区，需提前征得原创作者同意后才能发布，我们建议对原创作者贴文进行转帖处理。若原创作者未加入本社区，且该内容未获得授权，我们将保留原创作者对该贴文投诉并删除的权利；
   
   When sharing non-original/others' resources, if the original creator has joined the RubberX community, you must obtain the original creator's permission in advance before posting, and we recommend reposting the original creator's post. If the original creator has not joined the RubberX community, and the content is not authorized, we will reserve the right of the original creator to complain about the post and delete it;
   
   
7. RubberX社区禁止批量注册账户或绕过RubberX限制注册多个账户。每个IP地址最大可以创建3个账户，如果您所在的ISP网络服务商使用共享IP技术导致您无法注册账户，可以通过联系我们功能为您提供人工注册服务；
   
   The RubberX community prohibits bulk account registration or registering multiple accounts to bypass RubberX restrictions. Each IP address can create a maximum of 3 accounts. If your ISP network service provider uses shared IP technology that prevents you from registering an account, you can use the Contact Us feature to provide you with manual registration services;
   
   
8. RubberX社区仅通过技术方式提供自由，开放，包容的网络社交服务，所有信息内容均由用户本身创建，发布或分享，仅代表用户自身立场或观点，RubberX不对用户所创建或发布的信息负责；

9. RubberX是一个共创共建社区，我们将在运营过程中持续更新社区准则并发布通知，行为准则将按照最新标准执行。

上传限制 Upload Limitations

为了提供更好的用户体验，提升内容存储及分发效率，我们将对用户所上传的文件大小及内容格式做出限制：
To provide a better user experience and improve the efficiency of content storage and distribution, we will set limits on the size of files and content formats uploaded by users:

  • 允许格式 Allowed Formats：
    • JPG, PNG, BMP, GIF, WEBP
  • 是否压缩 Compressions：
    • 基于WEBP格式 75%的有损压缩

  • 高级图像格式支持 Advanced Image Format Support:
    
    • 您所上传的图片将会在分发服务器中转换为更为高级的WEBP格式，以便用户更快速地浏览该内容。该服务将在版本1.3a后提供。
      
      Your uploaded images will be converted to a more advanced WEBP format on the distribution server to allow users to view the content more quickly. This service will be available after version 1.3a.

  • 允许格式 Allowed Formats：

  • 最高支持分辨率 Max Resolution: 
    • 4096 × 2160 (DCI 4K)
    • 3840 × 2160 (4K UHD)
  • 是否压缩 Compressions：
    • 将提供原分辨率及向下压缩分辨率等级视频
      Video will be provided in original resolution and down-compressed resolution levels.

隐私保护

我们充分尊重且在最大化努力通过技术手段下保护RubberX社区用户的隐私安全，对于用户信息，我们作出如下措施：

1. 对网站访问始终使用安全链接（SSL），使得任何第三方无法解密您的数据；
2. 对关键敏感信息不使用明文存储；
3. 对于聊天信息除聊天对象双方可见外，对其他人包括但不限于管理人员不可见；
4. 不向任何第三方组织机构提供或共享您的信息；
5. 开放用户个人信息下载功能及账户注销功能，您可以在设置中导出您的个人数据或删除账户；
6. 用户数据本地化处理，不依赖于云端服务处理用户数据；
7. 提供RubberX新闻邮件及用户体验改善计划退出通道。
